Access or use of this website, henceforth The Goood Shop, entails acceptance of and compliance with the General Conditions of Use herein detailed by the user, henceforth the client.

The aforementioned Conditions shall apply regardless of the General Conditions of Contract that may have to be complied with, where applicable.



thegooodshop.com provides access to a multitude of information, services, programmes and data (henceforth, “the content”) on the internet belonging to The Goood Shop and to other partner brands, to which the client has access.

The client assumes responsibility for their use of the site. This responsibility extends to the registration that may be necessary to access specific services or content.

In this registration, the client will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a result of this registration, the client may receive a password for which they will be responsible, and committed to using in a diligent and confidential way.

The client also undertakes to make appropriate use of the content and services (such as chat services, discussion forums or newsgroups) that The Goood Shop offers on its site, and not to use them for activities including but not limited to the following: (i) engaging in activities that are illicit, illegal or against good faith and public order; (ii) distributing content or propaganda that is racist, xenophobic, illegal pornography, justifies terrorism or undermines human rights; (iii) causing harm to the physical or logical systems of The Goood Shop, its suppliers or third parties, introducing or disseminating into the network viruses or any other physical or logical systems that could cause the aforementioned damage; (iv) attempting to access or, where applicable, use the email accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages.

The Goood Shop reserves the right to remove any comments and contributions that violate a person’s dignity, whether they be discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, violate the rights of minors, public order and public security, or that are judged to be inappropriate for publication. In any case, The Goood Shop is not responsible for the opinions shared by users on the forums, chat systems or other interactive tools.



The Goood Shop complies with the guidelines of the Spanish Organic Act 15/1999 of 13 December pertaining to the Protection of Personal Data, the Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December approving the Regulation for the development of the Organic Law and other existing legislation at any time. It stands to guarantee the correct use and processing of the user’s personal data. To do so, together with every form that collects personal data across the services requested of The Goood Shop by the user, the user will be informed of the existence and acceptance of the particular conditions regarding the processing of their personal data in every instance. They will be informed of those responsible for the created file, the address of the person responsible, the possibility to exercise their right to access, rectify, cancel or oppose, the termination of processing and communication of data by third parties where applicable.

Equally, The Goood Shop informs users of its compliance with the Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July concerning Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and that it will request their consent to use their email address for commercial purposes whenever applicable.



The Goood Shop, as itself or as an assignee, holds all the intellectual and industrial property rights for their website, as well as those of its content (including but not limited to the images, sounds, audio, video, software or texts; brands or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its functioning, access and use, etc.), ownership of The Goood Shop, or of its licensors.

All rights reserved. Pursuant to the information set out in articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph of the Spanish Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution and public communication, including any means of making available, of all or part of the content of this website for commercial purposes, is completely prohibited without the authorisation of The Goood Shop, and this applies to any medium or technical method.

The client undertakes to respect the rights of Intellectual and Industrial Property ownership of The Goood Shop. They may view the elements on the site and even print them, copy them and store them on the hard drive of their computer or in any physical medium, provided this is exclusively for their own private and personal use. The client must abstain from deleting, altering, circumventing or manipulating any protection or security system that is installed in the pages of The Goood Shop.



The Goood Shop is not responsible, in any case, for damage or loss of any nature that may occur, including but not limited to: errors or omissions in the content, lack of availability of the website or the transmission of a virus or malicious or harmful programs in the content, despite having put in place all the necessary technological measures to avoid this.



The Goood Shop reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate on the website without previous warning, and has the ability to change, remove or add both content and services that are offered on the website as well as the way these are presented or located on the site.



In the event that links or hyperlinks are available on thegooodshop.com to other internet sites, The Goood Shop will have no control over the aforementioned sites and content. In no case will The Goood Shop assume any responsibility for the content of a link belonging to another website, nor will it guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, comprehensiveness, authenticity, validity or constitutionality of any materials or information contained on any such hyperlinks or other internet sites. Furthermore, the inclusion of such external links will not imply any form of association, collaboration or participation with the related entities.



The Goood Shop reserves the right to deny or revoke access to the site and/or its services without prior warning, of its own initiative or that of a third party, to any users who fail to comply with the General Conditions of Use set out herein.



The Goood Shop will pursue the breach of these conditions as well as any undue use of its website, carrying out all the civil and penal actions that may be applicable under the Law.



The Goood Shop is able to modify the conditions set out in this document at any time, and they will be duly published as they appear here. The aforementioned conditions will be valid from their publication and will be in force until they are modified or in the case of other conditions being duly published.



The relationship between The Goood Shop and the client will be governed by the existing Spanish regulations and any controversy will be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid.


General Sales Conditions

The following General Sales Conditions govern the contractual relationship for the purchasing of products that The Goood Shop offers in its marketplace.

The General Sales Conditions set out in this document exclusively govern the contractual relationships between any user of The Goood Shop website (henceforth, “Client”) and the seller, The Goood Shop (Carmela Serantes Abalo, Spanish ID card number 76867309k, henceforth, “The Goood Shop”) and owner of the online shop: www.thegooodshop.com

Any order made on The Goood Shop website necessarily implies full acceptance by the Client of these General Sales Conditions, in force on the day the corresponding purchase is made.

In addition, the Client recognises that an acceptance of these conditions will entail their application to the order to which they refer, as well as to any previous order, with the exception of cases where new conditions have been brought to their attention by The Goood Shop.

The fact that The Goood Shop does not make use of these conditions at a given moment, cannot be interpreted as and does not mean that it denies to make use of them in the future or to having done so in the past.


To be able to make an order, the Client must be a minimum of 18 years of age. The Client must carry out the whole purchasing process and make the payment with the systems facilitated by the page. Upon finalising the purchase, we will send an order confirmation by email and an order reference number. The order confirmation is not valid as an invoice, only as proof of purchase. The Goood Shop will send the corresponding invoice to the Client by email once the order has been dispatched. The electronic invoice is accepted as a valid document by both parties.


All prices published on The Goood Shop website are in Euros (€), except in the case of typographical errors, and include VAT. At The Goood Shop, we reserve the right to modify these prices without prior warning, but we undertake to apply the prices indicated on the website at the time of the Client making the purchase.

Delivery charges are not included on the product prices. Delivery charges must be paid by the Client and will be added to the total payment of the selected products. The Client is informed of these charges before confirming the order and finalising the purchasing process.

Payment Methods

When making an order on The Goood Shop website, the Client is free to choose whether to pay for orders made by:

  • Credit or debit card
  • Bank transfer



Orders will be sent as far as stock availability permits. If one of the products ordered is not in stock, we undertake to contact the Client as soon as possible to inform them of the timescale in which we will be able to send them the product(s). In the event that the Client is not interested in waiting, they may request a refund of the payment made for that product.

If any of the products of the order, after it has been invoiced, is not available, we undertake to refund the product that is no longer available.

The photographs, illustrations and descriptions of the products offered on sale are only guidelines and they do not compromise the vendor in any way.


Product Warranties

The Goood Shop acts as a supplier of manufacturers that guarantees that the products do not have defects or hidden faults that could render them dangerous or unsuitable for normal use. The contractual warranty offered is one that is normally provided by the manufacturer. Once the Client has received the product, they will have all the information about the warranty. No Client may request a longer warranty to that indicated there.

The Goood Shop will not be required to reclaim faulty products and the Client must refer to the After-Sales Service provided by the Manufacturer. The Goood Shop will provide contact details for this service to the Clients that request them.

The warranty will no longer be valid in the event of defects or damage caused by external factors, accidents, wear and tear, or uses contrary to the Manufacturer’s instructions.

Also excluded from the warranty are products that have been modified or repaired by the Client or any other person not authorised by the Manufacturer. The warranty will not be applicable to visible faults or lack of conformity, cases where any complaint must be made by the Client in question within the 7 days following the delivery of the products. The warranty will not cover products that have been damaged by incorrect use.

The Client must always keep the purchase invoice as proof of warranty for the Manufacturer.


The purchased products will be delivered to the person and address indicated on the order. By default, invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the client at the time of registering on the website. On Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays, there will be no shipments or delivery of orders. However, this delay does not imply a cancellation of the order, nor does it require any compensation. An order is considered to be delivered when the carrier delivers the package or packages to the client, who will sign the document to confirm reception of the delivery. It is the client’s responsibility to check the condition of the merchandise upon reception and indicate all abnormalities on the delivery note for the product.


Our policy, in compliance with the current guidelines, is to allow the right of rectification for any product bought at our shop within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Before returning the product, the Client must inform the Customer Services department of their intentions by email to info@thegooodshop.com. The Client is responsible for paying delivery charges for the return. In addition, in order for the return to be accepted by The Goood Shop:

  • Products must be returned within 14 business days of the date that the Client communicated the intention to return the product.
  • Products must be returned in their original box/packaging. In the event that the product is packaged in transparent paper, this paper must not have been opened.
  • Products must not have been used.

In a maximum period of 14 days after the return product has been received, we will undertake to provide a refund if everything is seen to be in order.

If the cause of the return was that the product was faulty or did not conform to what was requested in the order, The Goood Shop will be responsible for paying the return fees and for the new shipment. If the cause of the return was that the product did not satisfy the client, we will reimburse the payment but not the delivery or return charges. It is not possible to return or exchange the product if it was purchased during a flash sale, except if the product is damaged during transportation or if the product is already defective.

The Goood Shop is not responsible for any improper use that Client may make with the products purchased at their shop.
